File > Export > Media 

Check "Match Sequence Settings"

Change "Output Name" to your own directory

 Click "Export"

I am pleased with the final piece.

The sound effects fit quite well with the video.

I used all my own sound effects which i acquired from SoundDogs.

The bit i am most pleased with is the part where he runs into the house, i believe all the sounds are great in that section and it's the bit i put most of the time in.
